Robert Zimmermann received a permit April 11 to construct a 20-by-24-foot addition to back of home and a one-car garage at 86 Reservoir Circle. Work estimated to cost $110,000.

Ernest Violet received a permit April 11 to construct an addition to existing home at 228 East Shore Road. Work estimated to cost $200,000.

Jamestown Restaurant Group received a permit April 16 to erect three signs to exterior of building at 25 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

Howard Huntoon received a permit April 4 to replace porch flooring at 20 Coulter Drive. Work estimated to cost $4,000.

Jed Drake received a permit April 26 to install a 40-by-15-foot inground pool at 49 Whittier Road. Work estimated to cost $28,000.
