Golf tourney sold out, come for lunch, auction

Spots for the “Dragonflies for Dori” golf tournament have been sold out, but people are still invited to attend the event for lunch and the silent auction. The event will take place at the Jamestown Golf Course on Saturday, June 9.

Dori is the daughter of Peggy Wark, a preschool teacher at Melrose Avenue School. She is fighting a serious medical condition and the Jamestown community is holding the fundraiser to help offset the costs of her medical expenses.

The lunch starts at 11:30 a.m. and costs $25. It includes all-youcan eat hamburgers, hot dogs, salad and a dessert table. There is no cost to show up for the silent auction only.
