Thanks for everyone for help with concerts
On behalf of the Jamestown Community Chorus, I am writing to thank everyone who had a hand in the success of our “Isn’t It Romantic” concerts on May 5 and 6.
We appreciated the recent photos by Andrea von Hohenleiten and article by Ken Shane, and the season-long help of the Jamestown Press in keeping the community informed and updated about our events.
Many thanks to the Rev. Kathryn Palen and the membership of the Central Baptist Church for the use of their sanctuary as our rehearsal and performance space, and to Sav Rebecchi for creating a video of our Sunday concert for the Jamestown Record.
A very special thank you to Rusty and Lisa Sallee, whose generosity made our new website possible.
Thank you as well to the Jamestown Philomenian Library for hosting us during the volunteer fair; to all the businesses and individuals who advertised in our program booklet; Baker’s Pharmacy, Jamestown Hardware and The Secret Garden for selling advance tickets; Tim Yentsch for taking tickets at the door; Agnes Filkins and Ellie Chase for house management; Jim Perry for help with the banner and sign; Ken Greene for poster and program design; Teresa Murray for cheerful help with rehearsal refreshments; and everyone who bought tickets to hear us sing.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with all of you!
