MAKING A SPLASH



At the Colonial Athletic Association Conference Track and Field Championships on May 5, Jamestowner Erin Brennan of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington finished second in the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase. She also qualified for the finals in the 1,500-meter run. Brennan recently graduated cum laude from UNCW with a degree in English. This year’s team captain, she is the school’s record holder in the steeplechase and a two-time team MVP.
