July 10, 1:47 a.m., Engine 3, Engine 1, Ladder 1, Rescue 3, Car 1
and Car 4 were dispatched to Bay
View Drive for a tripped heat detector. July 10, 2:22 p.m., Engine 1 and
Car 4 went to Conanicus Avenue
for a power surge.
July 19, 2:23 p.m., Engine 1 and
Car 1 were sent to East Ferry condos for a power surge.
July 10, 2:32 p.m., Engine 3 reported to Harbor View condos for a
power surge.
July 10, 2:37 p.m., Engine 2 and
Car 4 were directed to Southwest
Avenue for a power surge.
July 12, 2:09 p.m., Car 1, Rescue 3, Ladder 1 and Engine 1 were
dispatched to Beavertail State Park
for a rock rescue.
July 12, 7 p.m., all units turned
out to the fire station for drill.
July 13, 10:14 p.m., Engine 1,

Drive for a grass fire.

This week EMS had 20 calls.
Six patients refused transportation,
two patients were taken to South
County Hospital and twelve patients were taken to Newport Hospital. Calls this week included lacerations, injuries due to falls, pain,
difficulty breathing, burn, hazardous exposure and dizziness.
