Dead Blues Society to play downtown Sunday

The Jamestown Summer Concert Series will feature Dead Blues Society on Sunday, Aug. 12, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at East Ferry Memorial Square. Dead Blues Society plays a unique repertoire featuring tracks by bands such as Led Zeppelin, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, the Rolling Stones and the Grateful Dead. Additionally, all members of the band are composers and the band has an ever-growing library of original material.

The concert is free to the public. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring blankets or beach chairs. In case of rain, the concert will be held inside the recreation center.
