Church Community Housing Corporation received a permit July 26 to remodel the interior and exterior of an existing structure at 13 Swinburne St. Work estimated to cost $80,000.

Carol and Laurent Peltier received a permit July 26 to strip and reshingle a roof at 44 Hull St. Work estimated to cost $4,300.

Richard Mederios received a permit July 31 to strip and reshingle a roof at 585 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $9,700.

Alan Gouveia received a permit Aug. 2 to strip and reshingle a roof on a detached garage at 107 Intrepid Lane. Work estimated to cost $3,000.

Pat McIntyre received a permit Aug. 2 to re-side a gable and repair the steps and a roof at 27 Bryer Ave. Work estimated to cost $9,500.

Electrical permits

Charles Higgens received a permit July 26 to wire an enclosed porch at 24 Pierce Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,500.

Tom Waddington received a permit July 27 to install underground service at 80 Ledge Road. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Malcolm Clarke received a permit July 27 to install underground service at 72 Ledge Road. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

David and Jill Dolce received a permit Aug. 1 to install outlets for a ceiling fan and lights in a bathroom at 83 Mast St. Work estimated to cost $500.

Mechanical permits

Paul Jutras received a permit July 24 to install a stainless steel chimney liner for an oil boiler on 445 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $1,950.

Francis Haggerty received a permit July 27 to replace an oil boiler at 111 West Reach Drive. Work estimated to cost $6,000.

Frank Haggerty received a permit July 30 to install a stainless steel liner for a new boiler at 111 West Reach Drive. Work estimated to cost $1,766.

Lydia Cotter received a permit July 30 to install a split-ductless condenser in a garage, and a splitductless evaporator inside a home at 17 Walnut St. Work estimated to cost $3,750.

Robert Zimmerman received a permit Aug. 2 to install a garage heater and gas piping to a fireplace at 86 Reservoir Circle. Work estimated to cost $2,500.
