Thanks to those who helped with JSA picnic

The Jamestown Shores Association’s annual picnic was a good time for the members and new members who dropped by Head’s Beach on July 28. Special thanks to Paul Sprague of Island Scoop for his generosity in providing delicious ice cream cones and cups to all of the association picnickers. Also a special thanks to Sgt. Keith Woodbine of the Jamestown Police Department who made sure that there was parking available for the shore’s residents that afternoon. Lastly, a number of comments were made on how groomed and clean the picnic area appeared thanks to Bill Piva and his staff from the Recreation Department.

Thanks to all of the members who brought wonderful food and to the hamburger and hot dog cooks, Richard Ventrone and Vaughan Lee-Nelson.
