In the past two weeks EMS had 18 calls. One patient refused transportation, one patient was taken to South County Hospital, and 16 patients were taken to Newport Hospital. Calls included cardiac arrest, difficulty breathing, search and rescue, dizziness, injuries due to falls, chest pain, back pain, weakness, seizure and lacerations.
