David Reardon received a permit Dec. 20 to construct a one-story, 24-by-34-foot accessory dwelling at 92 Westwind Drive. Work estimated to cost $142,000.

Priscilla Foley received a permit Jan. 3 to install three replacement windows at 15 Lincoln St. Work estimated to cost $10,000.

Rico Digregorio received a permit Jan. 3 to install a 6-by-7-foot French door, replace 10 windows, close two windows, build an entertainment center, replace four French doors, and close a basement door at 80 Orient Ave. Work estimated to cost $25,000.

Electrical permits

Anne Seeling received a permit Dec. 4 to wire a 3-ton air-conditioning unit and subpanel at 32 Deck St. Work estimated to cost $500.

Ernest Violet received a permit Jan. 3 to wire a new addition at 228 East Shore Road. Work estimated to cost $13,000.
