Yoga classes aimed at helping sleeping habits
Registered yoga teacher Jane Larson will host a workshop at the Island Heron on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 2 to 4 p.m. to help improve sleeping habits. Larson says 40 million adults have chronic sleep disorders, and 25 million more have sporadic problems maintaining a regular sleep cycle. Instead of prescriptions or alcohol, the workshop will focus on a yoga practice that can help support a good night’s sleep. The workshop will be held again on Feb. 9.
