Drop-off date Monday, Tuesday for JAC show
The drop-off date for the Jamestown Art Center’s members show is Monday, March 11, and Tuesday, March 12, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The opening reception will take place on Saturday, March 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. All members of the arts center may submit one piece. Membership can be renewed or initiated at drop off.
All submitted work will be included in the exhibit as long as it has been created within the last year; has never been shown previously at the arts center; is original in concept and execution; and it must be able to remain on display until April 12.
Pedestals must be provided for 3-D pieces, and work must be delivered by hand, not shipped. Work may or may not be for sale, but the center will take a 30 percent commission on work that is sold. Call 560-0979 for more information.
