Gentle yoga twice a week at senior center
Gentle yoga classes are now being offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. at the senior center. Instructor Diana McCallister will teach basic yoga poses to increase overall strength and improve balance, coordination and flexibility. The classes are appropriate for students of all ages and abilities. Beginners are welcome. There is no need to register. Call McCallister at 423-1228 for more information.
