Walk at Fort Wetherill will benefit hemiplegia

The fifth annual walk to benefit childhood strokes will be held on Saturday, May 18, at Fort Wetherill. All proceeds will go to the Children’s Hemiplegia and Stroke Association, a nonprofit organization that benefits children and families affected by pediatric stroke and other causes of hemiplegia.

Registration forms are available at Baker’s Pharmacy, the library, or online at ChildhoodStroke WalkRI.com. Registration fee is $25 for adults and $10 for children. Completed forms and payment should be mailed to the Ball Family, 30 Intrepid Lane, Jamestown, RI 02835. Checks should be made payable to CHASA.
