Local conservationist will be part of panel

Jamestown Conservation Commissioner Michael Brown will part of a panel discussion following a film screening of “Trashed,” an award-winning film about risks to the food chain through air, land and sea pollution. The film will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14, at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Portsmouth. Refreshments will be served at 6 p.m. and the movie starts at 7 p.m. Brown owns a company that develops environmentally sound packaging.
