The tournament was hosted by North Kingstown High and included powerhouse programs from four states: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey. The Skippers defeated Newton South of Massachusetts in the final, 25-33, 24-26, 15-5. The Skippers finished 8-0 for the tournament.
