Mother Goose Time • Wednesday, May 17 • 10:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. “Mother Goose Time”, a 30 minute, play-based program featuring nursery rhymes, finger plays, songs and books for children from birth to 2 years along with a parent or caregiver.

Friends of the Jamestown Library Present: Reading Across Rhode Island Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson • Thursday, May 18 • 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Join us for a Readers’ Theater presentation of this 2017 selection for Reading Across Rhode Island. This performance features Barry Press, Jo-án Peralta and Marc Berry telling the unforgettable true story about the redeeming power of mercy. Living Literature is a collective of Rhode Island-based artists and educators who use readers’ theater style presentations to dramatize non-dramatic writing using only the author’s words. Living Literature is part of The EnRICHment Program of RI Council for the Humanities (RICH), which supports Reading Across Rhode Island.
