Patricia Buckley (nee Mausteller)

Patricia Buckley (nee Mausteller) passed away peacefully June 15, 2017, after a short illness.

Born Aug. 22, 1929, in Watsontown, Pa., she was a resident of Jamestown since 2000; previously of Simsbury, Conn., Massapequa, N.Y., and Cape Coral, Fla.

A longtime employee of the Jamestown library, she was an avid doll collector, bridge player. In her role as “Rock ‘n’ Roll Granny”, she was hostess of an annual Derby Day party in Jamestown.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jeremiah D. Buckley, parents Myron and Esther, siblings Jean Inman, Sonny Mausteller and Frances Copper, and grandson Jonathan Perry Ferreira.

She is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Buckley of North Kingstown, Barbara Van Sciver and Patricia Pinkham of Jamestown; sons Christopher of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Thomas of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; grandchildren Caroline Flynn, Nicholas Malloy, Emily Ferreira, Timothy Ferreira and Alison Buckley; and greatgrandchildren Liam Burke Malloy and Oliver Flynn.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Central Baptist Church, 99 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown. A reception will follow at the Bay Voyage Inn.
