Free e-waste recycling Saturday at the library

Residents will be able to recycle their e-waste for free from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 30 at the library, 26 North Road.

Indie Cycle will accept computers, laptops, servers, routers, mice, keyboards, speakers, microphones, televisions, monitors, hard drives, optical drives, motherboards, printers, fax machines, typewriters, scanners, toner cartridges, cameras, calculators, cell phones, cordless phones, iPods, chargers, stereos, DVD players, console games and remote controls.

Small household appliances, including toasters, microwaves, toaster ovens, blenders, mixers and vacuum cleaners, also will be accepted. There is a $10 fee for laser jet printers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and mini-refrigerators.

Indie Cycle does not re-market or reuse any data-storage devices. To learn more about accepted items, call the library at 423-7280.
