JAMESTOWN PHILOMENIAN LIBRARY ALL PROGRAMS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Mother Goose Time Wednesday, Jan. 31 10:15-10:45 a.m. Join us for “Mother Goose Time,” a play-based program featuring nursery rhymes, finger plays, songs and books for children from birth to 2 years along with a parent or caregiver.

Preschool Story Time Monday, Jan. 29 10:15-11 a.m. and Wednesday, Jan. 31 11:15 a.m. to noon Featuring books, songs, finger plays, and a craft activity. this 45-minute program is for 2-5-year-olds along with a parent or caregiver.

The Friends of Jamestown Library Present - Sundays in Jamestown 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 — The 2018 Music Series Cowboy and Lady Hosted by Friends of Jamestown Library, Cowboy & Lady will present a set of music ranging from their favorite classic country western & blues covers to their own original music.

Writing Workshop - So You Want To Write A Book? A Six-Week Writing Workshop with Roger Marshall. Thursday, Feb. 1 6-7:30 p.m. If you have ever wanted to write a book, be it non-fiction or a novel, this six evening seminar course is intended to give you the information you need to find a topic, develop a proposal, produce a good first chapter and enable you to take your proposal to an agent or self-publish your work.
