Above, an iron gate equipped with a padlock was erected off of Beavertail Road, blocking a trail that Town Administrator Bruce Keiser calls a public right-of-way. Left, brush and trees that were part of a coastal wetland were removed without state assent to make a clear path to a Walton Street lot.
