Children are needed to capture a leprechaun that has been running loose at the temporary library in the clubhouse of the Jamestown Golf Course, 245 Conanicus Ave.
For the best chance at catching the leprechaun, families are being asked to create their most creative trap. The library will supply the materials. Families can register for kit at the library’s website, and these kits can be picked up beginning March 1. The trap must be return to the clubhouse by March 16.
There will be a first-place prize awarded to the trap that receives the highest number of staff votes. The winner will be notified on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17.
