The Friends of Farm Animals Rhode Island will meet at 6 p.m. Nov. 4 at the library, 26 North Road.
The public is invited to join the group to discuss future field trips to animal sanctuaries. The group in October visited The Santana Center, a nonprofit organization in Saunderstown that is committed to finding, placing, and keeping horses in loving homes. The group also will share uplifting readings about animal rights.
